Starpost Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Starpost ("we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to advertising services, CRM platform access ("The Nexus"), and marketing consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Starpost provides digital advertising and marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaign strategy, setup, and management

  • CRM and lead nurturing automation through our proprietary platform, The Nexus

  • Marketing consultation and performance reporting

These services may be modified, enhanced, or discontinued at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information, access credentials, and campaign assets

  • Timely communication, approvals, and feedback

  • Following up with leads generated via ad campaigns

  • Maintaining compliance with applicable advertising platform policies

You agree not to use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are due upon invoice receipt. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, strategies, and custom-built workflows remain the intellectual property of Starpost unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data and ad accounts.

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business strategies, systems, and proprietary information.

7. Data Collection and Communication

Starpost uses third-party tools including Twilio to send SMS/email notifications for lead follow-up and marketing communication. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. All phone number use is in compliance with A2P 10DLC requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Starpost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any user that violates these terms or engages in unethical, abusive, or illegal behavior. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
